Welcome to the new 2009-2010 school year at Harmony Elementary. Already members of our PTA are hard at work planning programs and projects that will benefit our students and their families.

Last year, thanks to their time and dedication, along with the support of our wonderful parents, teachers and staff, Harmony’s PTA was able to provide our school and students with terrific programs like:

Free Fall Festival

Free Bingo

Crash Cart & Supplies for the Clinic

Smart Board Remotes for Math Specials

Matching Funds for New Music Equipment and Sound System Upgrade

Monetary support of Community of Readers and Literacy Program

Monetary support of the Family Learning Night

Helped Support the New Science Force Program with funds and volunteers

We also provided financial support for grade level events, ongoing teacher education, and cultural arts events.

None of this could have happened without YOU! We are so proud of the support we received last year, and hope to accomplish even more this school year. Thanks to all who have helped, and will help in the future.

This year we will once again offer: Free Fall Festival & Free Bingo to our students and their families.

We also plan to support: Cultural Development, Community of Readers, Ongoing Teacher Education, Technology Additions to the Classrooms, and much more…

PTA is parents, teachers, and community members working together for our children to make a difference in their education, health, welfare and safety. It is a far larger job than any one of us could do alone. We need your encouragement and the support of your membership to help us continue our efforts.
